Download, permission, install, log in: the Crickex Android app in four steps.

Where the app comes from

Store policies keep real-money casino apps out of Google Play in many countries. So the Crickex app is downloaded from the casino website instead. The APK format is what every Android app uses under the hood.

Take the file only from the real Crickex site. Third-party downloads carry real risks, from adware to account theft. Support can confirm the right download address. The genuine Crickex address is covered in a separate guide.

Installation is quick, with a download that is light enough for mobile data. Before you start, check that there is some space on the phone.

Installation guide

Almost all Android devices install the APK in the same way. Some labels vary by phone maker, but the logic does not change. Go through the list in order and the app will be ready in no time.

• In your phone browser, open the official site and tap the Android download
• At the prompt, allow installs from this source
• Find the file in your downloads and tap it
• Press install and let Android finish
• Use the same account you have on the website

During the install, Android warns about apps from unknown sources. The notice is the same for any app from a website, not only for casino apps. After installation, you can switch the permission off again in the settings.

What the app offers

The app holds games, banking and chat. More than 7000 games from 24 studios are all in the app. Pre-match and live betting works in the app too. The account is the same, so your balance and history follow you. Games you marked on desktop are waiting in the app. Our verdict on Crickex covers games, bonuses and payments in full.

Notifications keep you informed about promotions. Notifications can be muted at any time.

Payments in the app use the same methods as the website, so players in Pakistan can deposit via JetonBank or Bank Transfer. A redirect for approval may happen while paying. Verification documents go up straight from the phone camera. Our deposit methods guide lists every option with its limits.

Updates and fixes

Updates are offered inside the app. Accept updates promptly, because older versions may stop working properly. A fresh download from the site fixes most update problems.

Install errors and crashes

Failed installs are usually caused by a missing permission or a broken download. Delete the file, download it again and repeat the steps. Clearing the app cache solves many display issues. On outdated systems, use the browser version instead.

The team assists with app problems 24/7, through live chat, email and phone.

App or mobile site

App and site share the lobby, the cashier and the bonuses. If storage is tight or you play rarely, the site is enough. Frequent players often prefer the app for one-tap access and alerts. The browser version is covered in our mobile site guide.

The welcome offer of 100% up to PKR 163,000 + 50 free spins applies in the app as well. Limits and bonus progress are shown in the app account menu. Nothing stops you from using the app at home and the site elsewhere. Many players simply install the app on their main phone and use the browser on other devices. Your preferences are stored in the account, not in the device.

Safe and responsible app use

Never share your login details or one-time codes with anyone. Two-step verification protects your balance. A PIN or fingerprint lock is essential when the app stays signed in.

Disable push offers if they become a temptation. Deposit limits and session reminders are in the app settings. Time-outs and self-exclusion are available from the app. Gambling is for adults, 18+, and should stay entertainment. Deleting the app temporarily is a valid way to break a habit, and free, confidential help is available from independent organisations.
